tom is an interaction designer, project manager and managing partner at GP designpartners. he has been working in the field of user experience & interface design since 1996 and teaches multimedia, appropriation + authorship and other stuff at the university of technology, vienna as well as user centered design and usability at the university of applied sciences, vienna. together with jürgen spangl he initiated the local face2face-meeting »interaction design stammtisch wien«. tom was heavily involved in the organization of the »world usability day 2009 wien« and keen to help organize a similiar event for 2010.
