Graphic User Interface Designer (m/f)

Your tasks include:

• Work in an intercultural team closely with product managers, developers, and design staff to conceptualize experiences, wireframe layout, build information architecture, model, mock-up and execute visual designs for next generation CAD
• Transform user needs into innovative designs that demonstrate original use of color, photos, illustrations, multimedia, navigation elements, and text – all in service of usability and an exceptional user experience
• Create bold, emotionally engaging, and unique graphic languages, and translate them into user guidelines and graphic standards that will be easily applied to a wide range of software applications
• Partner closely with product development to ensure that all design components fit with the desired brand and market position

Your profile for this position:

• You have completed studies in graphic arts, interaction design, or a related field.
• Many years of professional software design experience in interactive and/or a software application-based media
• Exceptional visual design skills, in-depth understanding of best-in-class creative work and the ability to execute it in context of interactive software development processes
• Expert knowledge of Adobe CS4, (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash & Air.)
• Be fluent in English
• Usability engineering experience is desired but not mandatory
• Be flexible and self motivated
