Working hours: 20 hours
Tasks: We are looking for an energetic person who will bring his or her own ideas to the job. You should be engaged, have a positive attitude, and be ready for teamwork. You should be eager to learn with us in a fast-moving environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- analyzing feedback from web, social media, and user research reports
- helping facilitate the conversation between users and the Maps team
- making users feel both heard and loved
Study: Ideally you could come from one of the following fields; however, we are more interested in what you can do than in what you have studied.
- Human-Computer Interaction
- Psychology
- Interaction Design
- Communications
- Linguistics
- Any other related field of study
Requirements
- Speak good English, speaking German is not required.
- Be passionate about making the consumer's voice heard in an engineering-driven environment.
- Combine emotional intelligence with an analytical mind.
- Be proactive and self-organized.
- Embrace the possibility to innovate and learn new skills.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Solid grasp on qualitative data analysis.
Not Required, but loved
- Familiarity with Nokia Maps.
- Speak more than one language, especially Chinese.
- Basic film editing skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (including macros).
