You want to apply the experience you have accumulated over the last years as a Design Researcher in exciting projects with international customers of different industries? Design Thinking, Co-creation and grounded theory are not foreign words to you and you are skilled in the design and application of explorative and generative user design and research methods? You love moderating workshops, in synthesizing user research findings together with the design teams, develop and lead visioning sessions with clients, identify use cases, sketch user journeys, service models and define interdependent experience components? You think strategically and systematically through the lens of the costumer to identify insights and create scalable design opportunities? Perhaps, you even have an industrial or interaction design background or have been trained in service or organizational design? Thereby, you complement our diverse team of different disciplines.
