Design Matters is a Copenhagen-based team organizing international conference on digital design – made for designers, by designers. It is a place to meet, share ideas, and discuss experiences. Design Matters involves a knowledgeable community of creative and curious minds who share the same drive and passion for digital design, technology, art, and society.

 

Design Matters is a two-day conference full of talks, workshops, networking activities, and evening performances.

All the talks revolve around defined topics that change every year. The workshops let you dig deeper into a specific technique, process, or skill that you can take home and put into practice right away. You will also find networking and crafty activities, and evening performances to allow yourself to unwind and socialise with other fellow designers.

Design Matters isn’t just a conference, though. It is also an opportunity to take part in exciting activities around Copenhagen on the days before and after the event – such as museum tours, design studio visits, and meet-ups. On the day before the conference is a special meet-up open to both participants and speakers, where you can make new friends before the conference starts.
